How Does Sculptra Work?
The Sculptra formula is composed of poly-L-lactic acid, which stimulates natural collagen growth as it isgradually absorbed by the body. This process helps to smooth wrinkles and re-establish fullness that may have been lost over the years. Much like the popular dermal fillers JUVÉDERM® and Restylane®, Sculptra works to improve the underlying structure of your skin for a more fresh-faced appearance, just at a more subtle pace as it triggers collagen production.
The number of sessions and amount of product needed will vary for each patient, but three sessions of Sculptra spaced three weeks apart are typically recommended.

What is Sculptra Used For?
Sculptra aims to restore a healthy and youthful appearance by correcting shallow to deep wrinkles and creases in your face. The injectable treatment can also be used for a non-surgical butt lift, acting as an alternative to the Brazilian butt lift, which involves fat grafting. When utilized in a butt lift procedure, Sculptra helps enhance the firmness, volume, and shape of your buttocks.
How Long Does Sculptra Last?
Results from Sculptra injections have been shown to last up to two years, as the production of collagen continues to enhance your skin. While you may notice improvements and changes initially after your treatment, full results typically take several weeks to develop. A series of treatments is recommended for best results, and to maintain your results for a prolonged period of time, follow-up treatments can be scheduled.
